• Are LIBATHERM swivel grills suitable for continuous professional use?

  Yes. Our professional swivel grills are designed for intensive catering use. They are now used worldwide at Christmas markets, city festivals, funfairs, festivals and catering events. 

• When should I order the barbecue I need?

  We specify a delivery time for all our products, but we almost always have the most popular models in stock. During the high season – especially from September to December – longer delivery times are common due to high demand.
  
  We recommend:
  👉 Ordering at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure everything arrives on time.

• What spare parts can you supply?

  We can supply replacements for all components of your swivel grill system. These always include:

  • Deflection rollersStainless steel cables
  • Charcoal grates
  • Swivels
  • Grill grates
  • Chains, suspension

  Just give us a call and we will find the right spare part for you.

• Which parts are considered wear parts?

  With intensive use – especially in catering and outdoor events – the following parts are typical wear components:

  • Deflection rollers (depending on load and heat exposure)
  • Ropes (steel or stainless steel – replace when worn)
  • Charcoal grates (always heat evenly and over the entire surface, do not extinguish when cold!)

  Wear depends heavily on heat, frequency of use and cleaning intervals.

• Can we accommodate special requests or custom-made products?

  Yes. We regularly manufacture customised solutions for restaurants, markets and events, e.g.:

  • Customised fire bowls
  • Grill grates with removable bars
  • Special brackets
  • Customised mounting solutions
  • Special dimensions for height adjustment or grill gallows
