Srew connection and grate are naturally made of stainless-steel 1.4301, very robust. So the functionality is guaranteed after manifold use.

The tilt of the board is adjustable to the fire according to heat and need.

Put the watered board on a flat surface and the prepared salmon above. The grate can be fixed by the wing screw depending on thickness of the salmon.
After that the board with salmon is attached at the support rail.
