Because of the growing popularity of flamed salmon we designed a special grill only for flamed salmon.
It offers a practical handling and for your customer it appears clean and nostalgic as well.

It has an 4-times height adjustable fire box, 2 grease traps and one ash drawer.
10 salmon grill boards are single rotatable and adjustable to the fire. They are clipped at a guide rail.

We produce this salmon grill also as required.
