Delivery charges

Despite annually rising prices we supply to a fair shipping flat. It does not correspond ot he real shipping costs, because we assume the essential part.  

Just the highest shipping price of an article is invoiced onetime per order.  

Example:
You order an article with 4,95 Euro, one with 14,90 Euro and one with 24,90 Euro. We only bill 24,90 Euro shipping costs.  

Every shipping price, even abroad, is abstracted of every article description. For products of the category „For professionals“ the price indicated therein is valid. We supply in every country an every continent. If your country is not listed, please contact us. In some countries (not EU) the shipping costs are essentially higher than in germany. Unfortunately we do not have influence on that. For deliveries in countries outside the EU can possibly additional costs in the form of tariffs or import taxes incurred to be borne by you.  

Delivery methods:  The respective delivery method can be drawn from the respective article.  

Parcel Shipment: we supply with GLS, one ore more parcels. You get a delivery confirmation by mail with tracking number.  

Delivery via forwarding: you will be supplied with one-way pallet or piece goods by „DB Schenker“. Here you will be contacted telephonically to arrange a delivery date with the forwarding. Therefore it is very important to get a telephone number where you get reached easily.
